Course 01The program at a glance
A kitchen uniform program has four working parts, and each is specified separately so quantities, fabrics and budgets stay under your control:
- Coats & jackets — the core range: stand-up collar, short and long sleeve, women's and unisex cuts, listed styles from 20 pieces. See Chef Coats.
- Custom & embroidered coats — names, rank titles and chest logos on your chosen fabric tier. See Custom Chef Coats.
- Pants, aprons & hats — the rotation items that decide whether the program survives daily laundry. See Chef Pants, Chef Aprons and Chef Hats.
- Front of house & full-property programs — waiter styles and multi-department supply for hotels and restaurant groups.
Course 02How a program is quoted
Every quotation is built per style: fabric tier, size set, quantity, embroidery and destination, with the MOQ and production lead time stated on each line. The standing terms behind every line:
Production runs on two bases: bulk production in China at 35 days, or the group's Yangon, Myanmar factory at 90–120 days for large programs — both are production lead times and exclude logistics. Third-party inspection by SGS or ITS is accepted on outgoing orders. For the full wholesale framework, see Chef Uniforms Wholesale.
Course 03Three fabric tiers, one pyramid
Chef coats fail in the wash room, not on the pass. Our fabric program is documented in three tiers so buyers can place each kitchen role on the right cloth: a premium tier built on birdseye weave and cationic polyester, a mainline of TC blends in several ratios and weights, and a value tier for high-turnover programs. The full breakdown — weights, blends and how to choose by station — is in the Chef Coat Fabric Guide.
Course 04Who we supply
The program is built for buyers who order by the store, the property or the season: restaurant chains rolling out a standard kit, hotels unifying kitchen and service teams, and uniform distributors who need a factory behind their own label (OEM and ODM both supported — see About). On a company-reported basis, the group supplies 1,000+ uniform companies and exports to approximately 80 countries.
Course 05The factory behind the program
Chef uniforms are a specialist line inside a full-chain uniform group: spinning, weaving, dyeing and garment making sit inside the same organisation, and the Yangon garment factory produced 5 million garments in 2022 across all categories. That scale is what a multi-store rollout actually draws on — one specification, one QC standard, store after store. Start with a quotation request or read how chains plan rollouts in Chef Uniforms for Restaurant Chains.
